I wanted this statement printed on a T-shirt to start conversations about our most taken-for-granted human ability, THINKING!!

We don’t need to just accept how we currently use our brains - we can actually treat them like a muscle and train them to improve!

My main passion is to teach Systems Thinking tools and techniques, and you can find me doing this regularly in my consultancy work and on the Systems Thinking Practitioner Level 7 Apprenticeship at the JGA Group. It’s a true delight to join curious adult learners on a path of transformation as they open their minds to a new way of thinking in the world.

After a career as a Software Engineer fully accustomed to Agile ways of working, I moved into Product Management whilst studying Systems Thinking at the Open University. This knowledge changed my whole being and career goals, pushing me into my ultimate passion of helping people think through their problems, issues and complex situations.

I bring my skills, experience, humanity, humour and whole self to consultancy, mentoring, coaching and all kinds of training.
